Commission for @teetlebros!
Axolotl-Senpai
My friend said she likes Axolotls, so I drew her one.
@teetlebros, I hope you don’t mind that I tried animating Axoleah! She’s very cute.
@teetlebros I haven’t drawn this disaster child in a while so here she is pissed off and ready to fight someone, lol.
Wild Trip || ROTTMNT OC LEAH ||
For @teetlebros!! ^^ this takes place before axoleah’s mutation.

“I...” Leah breathed in. “Okay, wait hold on, what’s going on. Pause, stay put, don’t move a muscle, lemme register what’s happening.”
“Yeah, ok, sure, take your time.”
“Don’t mind us.”
“We understand.”
“We are literal milliseconds away from being decapitated but go off I guess.”
“Alright.” Leah closed her laptop shut, placed it atop her coffee table and stood up, never breaking eye contact with the scene before her. She knew she never should have accepted her roommate’s brownies. Jesus, you’d think you’d learn after last time. “Baby steps, people. First things first, who are you?”
Six figures stood few feet away from her, four of which easily passed off as human apart from the fact that they weren’t. Green, shell on their backs, carried weapons, wore designated colors... it was almost painfully easy.
Turtles.
One of them held the snapping jaws of a huge crocodile monster in its hands, struggling to keep them from closing shut and cutting his head clean off. The crocodile currently had one of said turtles in its left fist while the other hung a third one by its ankle. This one held a sword to a huge, purple mantis’s neck while a fourth one was held in a headlock by the mantis’s claws. All six figures were frozen in place, eyeing Leah as if she were the odd one out.
Maybe they should’ve been more careful during their roughhousing.
“We’re uh...” the red-clad turtle held by the crocodile started. “We’re the new neighbors. We just moved in next door.”
Leah raised an eyebrow. Was he serious?
“You’re my new neighbors?”
All six figures nodded.
She shrugged. Ok, then.
“Ok, so, question número dos: what are you crashing through my window and trashing my room for? My roommate literally just cleaned up and she’ll beat my ass for this.”
The creatures blinked, unresponsive.
“Ah... we’re crazy social butterflies?” The blue one hanging by his ankle tried.
“Uh, yeah, yeah. We were just so—“ the red one gasped, face turning purple. Leah noticed the crocodile was crushing him. “So excited to— to meet you!”
Speaking of purple, the turtle wrestling the crocodile’s jaws growled and pushed back at it. “I’m watching you, mister! I will throw you over my shoulder and off to kingdom come!”
The crocodile scoffed, “Like ya did last time, snoot-snoot?”
“OOOOHHH LEMME AT HIM!”
Leah yelped as she witnessed the turtle jump on top of the crocodile’s snout and wrestle it. The red and blue turtle were set free during the burst of anger and were able to resume their fighting with the purple mantis still on the ground. The last turtle, the orange one, merely cheered Purple on.
Meanwhile, the college student was positive she was high as a kite right now and needed immediate assistance. Neighbors, my ass. This is what happens when you run on nothing but caffeine through your veins for the last 72 hours, trying to finish your paper. This is exactly what her roommate was talking about. They warned Leah of the effects but did she listen? No! Now look at her. Hallucinating so far gone, that she sees four huge turtles with weapons wrestle a crocodile and a mantis to the death in her room.
College was the shit.
Leah yawned, picked up her laptop and moved to the door. She placed her hand on the doorknob and looked back at the violent ball of death currently tumbling everything over like a bowling ball insisting on a strike.
“Hey neighbors, so, uh, it was great to meet ya but can ya like, I dunno. Take it outside? I’m kinda tryna finish a paper here due tomorrow and I can’t hear myself think.”
“YOU’LL REGRET THE DAY YOU EVER SET YOUR EYES ON THAT BASKET OF SAUSAGES, YOU BEAST!”
She watched them roll off and, conveniently, shoot through her window. There was a crash in the background, later followed by silence.
Three ticks passed by and Leah nodded. “Thank you. I’ll make sure to pass by some cookies later.”
She opened the door and proceeded to pass out on the hallway.
Leah, today, is still convinced that was the wildest trip she ever thought she’d witness.
Lord knows she wasn’t even hallucinating and that wasn’t even her last encounter with them.
(fun fact tho: she managed turn her paper in on time ;))
