Mental State

It certainly doesn’t look like it, but Jenkki suffers from repressed memories and PTSD. He had a very terrible time during the Fall and did numerous things he’s not proud of and certainly not right.

He has a few triggers, most notably beef and chicken on the grill and eating it off the bone. The scent of most burning flesh also bothers him. He will feel sick ravenous hunger and try to get away, avoiding looking at the food. This is why Jenkki prefers fish.

Jenkki’s past memories have been repressed for so long, he has forgotten the name of city he used to live in, the names of his family members, and even how they look. Childhood friends are blocked out as well. He becomes offputtish when asked about it, quickly trying to change the subject to the present, not wanting to admit that he doesn’t know what others consider to be the most basic of memories.

He handles both well enough with keeping busy at work, creating music, video games, and his love, Slutir. It’s all out of sight, out of mind for him.

Love/Sexuality

Jenkki is a pansexual in an open relationship with his boyfriend Slutir. Most of his relationships lasting 15 minutes to a week. The only one that has stood the test of time is with Slutir. He loves him more than anything in the world but both still have sex with other people. Jenkki’s encounters being one night stands in hip bars, dance pits, or after his DJ sets. He’s pansexual because often times, he plain doesn’t know or even cares who he’s grinding up against in those situations. He’s just so fucking blazed. Why is he so free about all this? Because Jenkki knows he can’t get a STD anymore nor get anyone pregnant.

He doesn’t believe any of this takes away from his love for his boyfriend as long as he still comes home with passion for Slutir. When it’s the other way around, Jenkki often asks about Slutir’s clients, feeling proud to be in love with such a sexy man and even get some new ideas and inspiration from them. Slutir is also the only one who gets cuddles and Jenkki will stay in bed with to oversleep the next day.

Pet Peeve

Jenkki hates working on greasy skin. Of course he gives the area that will be tattooed or pierced a good clean wash first but if it was greasy to begin with, he doesn’t like it.

He also carries a special kind of eye twitch over computer programs freezing up in the middle of a save or a large process. The kind where the application window freezes and sometimes shifts and then the busy cursor pops up as the window slowly fades out as if it were crashing. Then it all returns to normal, as if nothing happened. No crash. Drives Jenkki insane.
