My pregnant wife was shot in the chest as she prepared to receive our first child.
I never imagined that I would write these words or live this nightmare.
My wife is in her fifth month of pregnancy, and she was trying to live simple moments of joy in the midst of the war. I went out that day to see some of the children's clothes and prepare the needs of our first baby that we are waiting for impatiently.
But instead of returning home carrying clothes for our child, she returned to the hospital soaked in her blood after being shot in the chest.
In moments our dreams and joy turned into fear and terror. We ran to the hospital where she underwent emergency surgery to check on her life and the life of our unborn child. Due to difficult conditions and lack of medical capabilities, doctors have not been able to remove the bullet, and it is still stable inside its chest until now.

Hi everyone! I've been asked by Mohammad Ayesh (@ayeshjourney, previously @/moayesh) to share his family's gfm campaign. He is fundraising for his little brother Yasser, who is hard of hearing. Mohammed Ayesh is one of the vetters for @/gaza-evacuation-funds. Yasser is only 10 years old. He was born in the 2014 war, and the loud noise from the missiles and the bombings has robbed him of his ability to hear properly. To treat this condition, Yasser underwent a cochlear implant operation. The device that enables him to hear is battery-operated and has to be charged regularly. However, with the bombings and the destruction of power sources in Gaza, Yasser now goes for days without hearing because he is unable to charge the device. Israel has yet again rob this 10-year-old child's ability to hear.
This is also affecting Yasser's ability to speak! Because of his inability to hear, Yasser is struggling to pronounce words! Not being able to hear, struggling to speak, it is now very difficult for the child to communicate with others. Imagine living through a literal genocide not being able to express how you feel, nor hear your family's voice or their words of comfort! This would be hard for an adult, let alone a young child! Yasser is only 10 years old, this campaign barely has any donations, please show him more support!
Your donations will go towards repairing Yasser's hearing device, which is malfunctioning due to the heat, the sweat, and the harsh conditions. The funds will also ease the huge expense that is Yasser's speech therapy sessions, as well as helping the family rebuild!

This is the first time I have shared details of my private life. I was considering two options. The first was that I didn't want to share my private life out of embarrassment for the Arabs here. They might think badly of me, saying that I'm sharing my problems and misfortunes to make money, which isn't true. I have many problems that I haven't shared to make money. The second option is that everyone here knows me for my positivity and love, and I don't want to burden them with difficult stories and make them worry about me. However, recently I received donations that will allow me to at least get through these next few days without fear, because money is everything these days. I can't get anywhere without money because I couldn't afford private transportation. This is just a small part of what we are going through. The Palestinian people are currently living through the most difficult period in their history. The hardship and harshness of life are beyond our wildest dreams. In this specific post, we try to draw your attention to Gaza students who suffer from multi-faceted conflicts, including the interruption of the Internet and electricity for at least 660 days in this cruel war, so I will not talk much. Anas is a programmer who lost everything when he got a free seat. He told me that one of the best things that happened to him in this war is getting a free seat. Doesn't this give you positive energy? Your donation contributed to the happiness of a student in this unjust war!!!
Also, Ahmed, a graphic designer, told me that he works with a company in a simple employment contract with a monthly salary. $400 is not enough for him. He was renting a seat elsewhere for $150 and $250 remains when he withdraws them. There is no $140 left of them. This would have made him stop his job until he found a free seat in the ihyaa community. Hope returned to him. Doesn't this make you feel proud that your donation helped this student? This is the story of two people from more than 30 students and his student. Each of them has a story.
