Forex Trade Setups - GBPCHF/ AUDUSD/ AUDJPY (Week Starting 07.08.17)
you hey guys it's my no luck trading 180 calm and he has a couple of my trade setups for the week starting on the 7th of August right then I've chosen to start with the pound Swiss as it allows me to go into psychology of support and resistance trading that most people are don't take into consideration or possibly don't even know about let me just change the color of this to red to signify supply darker shade red and if you're wondering why was owned this out as a supply zone traders of our daily supply and demand zone course would know exactly why we're very interested in this particular zone right here but to to really to really highlight to you where we are so confident as to zone this very early on before price even moves too far away you'd have to put a price action into context of what's just happened here now what you want to take away from this is when conventional teachings and conventional knowledge fails you that's when you really want to start paying attention and start out looking for your opportunities to trade you really want to be trading when you can see the opposing side or other traders are your opponent losing money um so yeah let's look at this arm price action step-by-step and see what should make us feel like conventional knowledge as failed so we've got a pretty decent level here in fact it with a good one which is always your first step and support and resistance trading you want to look at the evidence that that level as held in market are both in our support and resistance scenario in the past so you see price break pasture level held held price I've used it as a footing and continued came back to it did exactly the same thing when the passed it on to the underside used a as resistance once twice before finally moving away we've got a pretty decent level of support and resistance here and now if you want to take in consideration our price moves towards that level we've got consecutive days like one two three four five five days before price hits the level no pull backs just consecutive bangs and that should that should trigger your interest that price might want to give a pull back from this particular level but we don't get that and now this is where your conventional knowledge steps are come into play price breaks and close past the level like most people will tell you a breaking close means the level is gone it pulls back to the level and if you drill down to the lower timeframes you see there's a lot more Clara pulls back to the level find its footing continues and before giving you any significant kind of profit or heading towards your target possibly there and their price turns around very quickly doesn't even hold under level it just previously brought past only a couple of days ago so we've seen conventional knowledge fail in the sense that price is supposed to break a level pull back and continue heading higher but that's what happened and now this particular price location becomes of interest to us we understand now that whoever bought off this level for the price continuation is got to be losing money at this point in time if they're still hanging on to the trail of course and as we know there are always people hanging onto trades for way too long but what's more interesting is something happened here to make price turnaround nullifying are the strength of a support area quite quickly we'd seen what would look like a show of strength with price break in that same level pulling back to it and trying to continue the simple rationale is basically whatever's happened here is far more stronger than whatever demand that took place on this support level that for me is evidence enough to bank undersell others in this location as it's proven itself to be quite stronger than the buyers so what we're basically waiting for now is for price to return back into the zone meet our entry criterias and any one of our strategies and we'll be looking to go short at this particular location I've been pointing out the Aussie n for a little while now so while the trade I shouted out at this level worked out pretty well we're now looking to take a bad position if price comes back into this demand zone and again if you just apply the same knowledge that I just passed across in the last analysis to diss our particular setup you start to understand exactly where you've got an advantage in this particular level with this support resistance line price moving up to the level with consecutive days of bullish price action get into the level and then halt in as dopes it was going to double top giving you a bearish candle which signifies traders going short and conventional trading strategies and knowledge as filled at this point with price blown past the level and we can be sure their traders will sell positions now in trouble so on price returns back into the location will be looking to back the demand and buy orders at this level we've got a similar setup on the other dollar and at this point I think you should clearly be able to understand why I've got this zone highlighted on my child now again we're just basically gonna stay patient while price goes
