He hardly had any time to think, less to pick up the Nether kid again, that he spotted a crossbow being aimed at his direction.
And then one of the most impressive and incredible things he had ever witnessed appeared before his eyes: a second before, an arrow was about to stab him right through his heart, eyes squeezed shut. A second after, though, something dark set in front of him and the collision never came to be. As he opened them again, he saw Bad towering over him, one knee on the ground and Sapnap close to his chest, wings spread wide and protecting him from whatever had tried to threaten their lives.
Bad cast a glance that would’ve killed right behind his shoulders, to the horde of piglins that was quickly dispersing right as he broke in halves the arrows that had sunk into his back.
He let the kid go, who had been holding onto him for dear life, and then stepped closer to Skeppy, a menacing look in his eyes. He pushed the golden armour back on him, before leaning in so he could hear him better.
Pretend I uploaded this on father’s day, but I had work and was dead when I came back so I finished it now. Still using new brushes so while not happy with colouring I still stuck with it.
