   “Oh, my, that’s beautiful!”

An unfortunate part of training as a Jedi, one had to note, was the lack of art. True, the temple was filled with gorgeous sculptures and designs, but a Jedi’s job was to forget the frivolous things, focus only on that which was important. Still, Barriss knew when to stop and appreciate something, though it may be as small as a painting.

   “Did you paint this yourself? You are very skilled.”
