Hmm, being an evil scientist would mean that you have total creative freedom in exchange for the risk of going to jail, whereas O.W.C.A. agents get cool spy training but are underpaid/somewhat mismanaged. I suppose i’d rather be an O.W.C.A. agent because it seems like it has more job security, fewer potential backstabbers (like Rodney), and i’d prefer to have the law on my side!
