We have discussed about DM 800 hd in previous blog so In this blog I would like to discuss about some problem that some customers has seen. One of the basic problems that I would like to talk about is azbox receiver that has booting on the screen. Before you try to solve any problem in your box always remember that do not try to open your azbox that might create more problem for you, so here are some method you may try to fix it.
You can put a firmware on a usb stick and boot from that otherwise you can use usb to TTI method. You can also put the updated bin on a fresh formatted usb stik in the root and turn on the azbox. And keep powering on and then booting but if you find nothing on screen then you can input for HDMI as well. Even if you don’t have that input you can use scart or another output you can see. I think after that you will have the solution of it and even after that you can’t solve the problem then you must contact the vendor.
Another common problem i needs to solve is about the font change on your hd azboxand for that you will need a TTF true type fonts just google them and load on your pen drive then put it in to USB slot in azbox. You can also press home button on your remote select setting from menu and you will see 3 different options on screen update SW and update channel list and then you can simply change your font. In font option change for USB and press ok, and your box will simply start looking for fonts on your pen drive select what you like most and after install it and reboot It will done.
