And the Bleu Twins are here. The two are a menace to society in general, but Azure way more for many reasons.
TW: Animal Abuse, Abusive Parents, Implied Not Healthy Obsessions with fire.
As I stated, Azure only debuts in Season 2 of Unveiled (her debut is close to Kagami and Luka’s) but I really wanted to redesign her cause I was very dissatisfied with the design I came up with her for the old class picture, and cause I want to finish all of the Haunted Class designs for whenever they appear in the fic.
Danton’s akumatized object is his family ring, and Azure is the blue ribbon of the science fair chapter when she gets akumatized.
Eri, do you and your apprentices (Aglae & Diane) have any special curses or Hexes planned for Aria, Lovette, Azure & Rob?
Eri: Now where would be the fun in telling you directly? (Smiles wickedly) Oh, but isn’t it a shame how Lovelle’s precious club room got destroyed again? It’s almost as if a storm blew through…
Aglae: And what a pity how Aria’s dear piano suddenly caught on fire, and for some reason, no one could seem to put it out. The only things that survived were a few keys that had strange red stains on them. They’re being analyzed now. Thank goodness it didn’t seem interested in burning anything else…and at least the music department can finally replace it with one that’s free for everyone to use. Isn’t that great, Aria?
Diane: And it’s just so odd how all of Azure’s equipment seems to be breaking the second she touches it…I wonder why she’s having such terrible luck all of a sudden. So bizarre!
Eri: Rob’s been having some bad luck of his own, as I’ve heard. Somehow, every single prank he’s tried to pull the past couple of weeks has backfired right around on him. How unfortunate.
Diane: And no offense to Danton, but it seems his game has been a little off. He can’t seem to make a single goal, basket or otherwise. And he’s twisted his ankle three times trying to make dunks, and he may have sprained it when he fell on the futbol field today. I hear the coaches are considering benching him for part of the season. And honestly, with how he can’t seem to stop getting himself hurt…it might be for his own good!
Aglae: Now that you mention it, Beau seems a bit off too. He’s dropping props, tearing his costume in dress rehearsals, forgetting all his lines the second he steps on stage, and I heard this new makeup brand he tried made him break out in acne something awful.
Eri: It’s just so sad…
(The three young totally-not-witches share a soft laugh as their eyes seem to glow faintly…before disappearing.)
Life for the twins was same as always--chaotic. The other kids in their grade (besides Orchard) thought they were weird. The fact that the twins were so insync freaked out their peers. It had sparked problems for both of them originally, but when the first kid brave enough to bully Sunrose to her face got punched, they backed off of her. Now, their main target was Riptide.
It was easy for Riptide to be targeted. He was one of the quietest kids in school who liked to keep to himself and his two best friends--Sunrose and Orchard. Riptide never fought back and always kept his head down. The kids took advantage of that.
Azure: What are you gonna do without your freaky little friends, huh?
Riptide: [calmly] We don’t have to do this...
Azure: [laughs cruelly] Shut up, you little homo. Your boyfriend isn’t here to help you. [draws back his fist]
It was then--luckily--Sunrose and Orchard entered the hallway, looking for Riptide.
(Due to the casting, I had to change... A LOT of the story is about the royal family.)
Azuriel is Dangore's little sister, and, despite not having any political power in the underground, she has a lot of magical power.
She was known as a very powerful sorceress across the underground. Just like Hyukys, she started studying Determination and the power of souls.
However, she became so obsessed with it that she disappeared. No one in the Underground heard anything about her or even saw her in public...
And the twist was... she did that on purpose. After days of research, Azuriel found out that, if she managed to extract enough souls, she would be able to grow so powerful that she would have control over reality and time itself.
But, for that, she needed a plan. A plan to make sure that the largest number of monsters were reunited in one place.
And so, with a cloak, she created a new identity for herself: Mooney, the moon monster.
Mooney's biggest plan was put into action when she learned a human had fallen in the underground.
And, from afar (and rarely interacting directly), she started influencing his journey so everything could work out.
When Friskel finally defeated her brother and all the monsters that he had befriended stood by his side, Azuriel put her plan into action.
She used her spell and managed to absorb as many souls as she could.
However, there was a bigger magic that she wasn't expecting... the magic of friendship!
(Cliche? Yes. But I also love MLP, so... let's roll with that.)
If Dangore had crimes to pay, Azuriel had to pay twice as much.
So, despite studying at M.A.R.V.E.L. Academy... her freedom is very limited.
(Updating Azure cause... Romeo wasn't that interesting for her, considering how similar their designs are... and Azure is too much of a villainess to have a Disney Junior villain as a role.)
(Trigger warning: animal abuse with street animals)
Disney Inspiration: Profesor Esmeralda Pofenplotz (Phineas and Ferb)
Sapphire is the younger twin sister of Diaton. However, unlike her brother, she didn't inherit the crystal manipulation abilities.
Because of that, her father heavily favored her brother over her, and the rest of the kingdom treated her with disdain.
Sapphire grew up RESENTING the idea of being rejected by that.
Since she couldn't do magic to create crystals like her brother, she decided to search for other ways to gain power.
And so, she turned to science... especially the creation of deadly weapons and animal mutations.
When her kingdom found out about what she was doing, she left due to their judgment and continued with her students.
Eventually, she decided to try to join a group of other scientists called L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N., but she was rejected since the other scientists thought she wasn't enough.
As a revenge, she threw a bomb at their headquarters, and, although no one died, they learned to fear her.
Now, she is studying at François, causing a lot of headaches to her classmates, but, as long as Miss Gauche is there, she ain't getting expelled so soon.
Like always, Orchard was there right when Riptide needed him.
Orchard had a soft soul, like Riptide, but a mean right hook. He was nice and polite to everyone, until someone messed with the people he loved. Orchard was talkative, social, and got along with everyone, until they messed with Riptide.
Orchard: Leave him alone!
Orchard punched Azure, knocking him back and away from Riptide.
