“Geez.” Falco interrupted, stepping closer to Burter with his hands on his hips. Really, there was nothing on his face in the first place, but the avian required a stealthy excuse to be able to make close contact with it. Whether or not it would actually work was up to the cards by this point.
“If you’re gonna be so incompetent...” His hands liftedm, grabbing onto Burter’s, “Then I’ll just do it for ya.” He groaned, pulling Burter down to face level before quickly locking lips with the reptilian and placing his royal blue hands to the side of his face.
A mere moment later, Falco pulled away - “Any longer, and I wouldda looked fuckin’ weird.” - he thought. “There.”

Morgan adjusted her glasses, hovering just above the ground on her broom. Geeze. Even though the witch couldn’t sense ki, she had a keen ability to sense the general idea of the intentions of others when they related to her. Given the fact that most of the people in Hell tended to be loud thinkers to begin with, it was easy to notice Burter’s presence. “I’m not going to do anything unless you try to fight me or something, you know. So you don’t need to worry. I’m just here to run some errands,” she said. The witch paused, flipping one leg around so she sat on the broom with both legs over one side. “I’m not really in the habit of picking fights,” she said.

Not one astrologist or any ornithologist would have a hard time identifying the low difficulty of getting on Falco’s bad side. Many could consider it a law of the universe - no one was void from it. “Hahah. That’s funny. You’re funny, I’m laughing so hard - I can’t even.” Falco spoke blankly, with all the enthusiasm of a straggler from a defeated army.
The avian delivered a flick to the reptilian’s armored abdomen - about the only decent place he could reach. It wasn’t that Falco was short by any means, but Burter was a big drink of water and left a height difference of almost two feet between the two creatures. “Oh, spare me the suspense, please.”

I think it’s safe to say that Falco could operate similarly to how he does already - in terms of personality and interest, however with one difference that can be considered major; flight! This I feel could greatly improve his aerial combat
