it really amazes me how ppl didnt think dallas was gonna be good this year. like i js watched sports analyst being like “i didnt expect dallas to be as good as they are but i think they are going to be a hard team to knock out of the playoffs”

like where have you been bc going into the season with this roster i thought we should make the playoffs.

i mean we have paige bueckers (who is arguably the best pg in the league) then you add azzi fudd (arguably the best shooter in the league) and u have arike who makes some crazy shots n requires lots of defensive attention and you already have a lethal backcourt. Not even mentioning zaza coming off the bench.

Then you got maddy and alysha clark who are both seasoned vets and understand how to get to their spots and impact the team. Both players shoot the three pretty well and play good defense.

Your frontcourt also contains alanna smith and jess shepard who came from the Minnesota Lynx with Phee so they have a lot of experience playing against the best. Jess has also always been a great passer and Alanna was literally the co defensive player of the year. Also with Awak coming back that opens so many opportunities to stretch the floor bc she can shoot the three very well and also knows how to draw fouls in the paint.
