This 1893 Queen Anne Victorian in Harrison, AR was removed from the market. It was most recently a bed & breakfast with 7bds, 6ba, 3,008sqft. The price history is interesting: They started out in Jan. of last year asking $328,900, went down to $317,900 in March, then $298k in April. The listing was removed, but re-listed in June for $324,900. Now it's been removed again, and on top of that, Zillow says it's worth, $306,500. What a roller coaster.
Oh. Interesting factoid about the town of Harrison, AR: It's a community in the Ozarks known for things like allowing insane billboards such as the Welcome sign above - paid for by the KKK. (Welp, I could never live here. My fiancé is black.)
Must love wallpaper. The house is in pristine condition, and maybe it looks better empty. It could look very chaotic w/all the patterns and furniture together. I don't really care for the silver ceiling.
I think that this may be the dining room, but could be another reception room. Love the woodwork and fireplace.
Large vintage bath.
The kitchen is nice, but they went for vinyl flooring instead of tile. There's lots of storage. Double doors open to the sunroom.
I'm not sure if this is a small bedroom or the dining room.
Wondering if the 2nd fl. was meant to be an attic.
The ceilings are very slanted b/c they're directly under the roof. I grew up in a bedroom like this. Never again, with the slants.
This bathroom is huge b/c it probably was a bedroom, but when they made it a B&B, they needed more baths. Geez, there was plenty of room for a tub.
This room has a sink in the corner.
A glass addition was added to the patio to make it a sunroom.
The yard is paved and there's a hot tub.
Stairs lead to another house.
It's just a room with a very small bath & closet.
And, it's the same setup on the other side. That's not even a kitchenette, just a sink.
The wraparound porch is pretty.
It's nicer up here, b/c there's grass and a garden.
Finally, Today is 5 years since I’ve created my first official story called “B&BS” (Black and Brown’s Story (originally) or Bed and Breakfast Series (present))!
Oh my gosh, I can’t believe that’s my story has progressed so far. I remember it being like some “childish” dream ToT
Of course there’s not much content that I post here, but I think I have done many progress in my “series plan”, it means a lot to me when I get support for my content, even if I post rarely.
For my future plans, I think I will consider even drawing a comic, just to actually start sharing a few ideas I have :D
And as promised here’s a few drawings and a special poster I made, including with my favourite comic “Faroff” (it’s also five years since the first poster was made :0, special shoutout to @lennonrook :Ddd)
And well, I also drawed Fenn’s and Tobi’s wedding ;)
The Way You Make me Feel, It's Real by larrymylove | T | 7205
It was supposed to be a simple road trip to the beach for a lad's holiday with Liam. Louis' car wasn't supposed to break down, and he wasn't supposed to be trapped at some creepy little bed and breakfast run by who Louis is convinced is going to 'Norman Bates' him, and he sure as hell wasn't supposed to fall in love with Harry Styles along the way. But sometimes, the universe has other plans.
The AU in which Louis and Liam are forced to stay at the B&B Harry runs, and Louis really cannot stand him (who runs a B&B at the age of twenty anyway?) until he finds himself really not wanting to have to say goodbye.

When Harry winds up staying at Louis's newly inherited B & B on the first day it re-opens, it's a chance to sort everything out and put the pieces right back together.
Or the one where Louis hasn't seen Harry in a year, they kiss in the rain and attempt to patch up their relationship.

Then Harry Styles came along.

From The Heart [Series] by jacaranda_bloom | E | 24779
Every Tuesday, Louis spends his day off holed up in his favorite coffee-come-bookshop, writing his little stories as part of the WordPlay challenge while daydreaming about the resident barista, Harry. Each week a new word prompt is revealed and Louis adds to his series of short stories about Henry, the owner of a B&B in the Cotswolds who has curly hair and dimples, Lewis, his long term guest who just happens to be a writer, and Tigger, Henry’s cat.
a bagel for all seasons by disgruntledkittenface | nr | 29867
“You know what I think?” Shawn asks with a trademark grin. “I think we’re growing on you. Admit it, big city lawyer, this small town isn’t so bad.”
Niall cackles. He should hold back more, since he is leaving soon, but he likes this confident, joking side of Shawn, so he relents.
“It’s not so bad here,” he admits. “Can’t get a bagel to save my life, but the people are friendly.”
Niall is a lawyer from the big city who’s sent to a small town to get paperwork signed for his firm’s biggest client. He only expected to be there for one night, but the longer his stay lasts, the more he starts to fall in love with the town and its cast of quirky characters.
One in particular.

Tired Tired Sea by MediaWhore | M | 113303
As a B&B owner on the most remote of all the British Isles, Louis Tomlinson is used to spending the coldest half of the year in complete isolation, with his dog and the sea as sole companions. Until, one day, a mysterious stranger on a quest to rebuild himself rents a room for the winter.
Such a pretty blue 1867 (reno'd 1987) Victorian in Anoka, Minnesota has some lovely architectural features, and is currently a B&B, b/c it's a large enough home. 7bds, 7ba, $900K.
Gorgeous wraparound lemonade porch. Isn't that a cute idea- hanging pretty umbrellas upside down, just ordinary umbrellas.
Welcoming main entrance hall is a beautiful pastel blue and has the original railing.
Cozy sitting room for guests.
Nice dining room, but I'm not diggin' the gold walls. I never cared for that mustard color. I kind of like the pastel blue theme.
They made this a billiard room for guests. I love that table, I wonder if it conveys.
And, this is one of the architectural features I mentioned. Isn't this little sun room so super cute?
Not at all thrilled with the kitchen redo, but judging by the odd shape, they retained the original footprint, so you could do something with it.
Since this is a business it has to have an office. This room has a nice fireplace.
Each room was given its own bath during the reno, so that each guest gets a suite.
Some have the tub in the room. The rooms are large and filled with light, though.
The owner has a separate residence apart from the main house.
It's nice, has 2bds, 2ba, but I don't think I'd want to live in it.
Large deck on the back, you can see that there's an entrance to the owner's apt. addition.
1.32 acres of property.
Very large 3 car garage, plus a shed.
This 4216 square feet Single Family home has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. It is located at 1625 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN.
