How to grow Catherine’s Rose

With flowers that attract pollinators, the RHS says the rose will thrive in a mixed border, as a hedge, in a large container or in a rose bed.

The rose will arrive potted and dormant and can be left in the pot or planted in the garden.

Feeding, watering and pruning will benefit the plant next year. For the winter, lay mulch around the rose, rather than feeding it.

Type: Floribunda (bush rose)

Colour: Deep to mid rose pink

Fragrance: Strong, with notes of Turkish delight and mango

Flower size: 8-12cm, up to 15 blooms per cluster

Height & Spread: 1.2m high x 90cm wide

Flowering: Repeat flowering

Best for: Mixed borders, rose beds, large containers, hedging

Sunlight: Full sun or partial shade

Position: East, south, or west-facing aspects

Soil: Suitable for all soil types, including poor or exposed conditions

Wildlife-friendly: Attracts pollinators

Saw this dude whilst I was in b&q the other day and he was the SPITTING IMAGE of ray toro and my heart just DROPPED.
