Context: The existing dam was built in the 1930s, and is responsible for a massive portion of the Swiss electrical grid, but has been developing a crack that cannot be safely fixed, and so a new dam needs to be built.

(This video is also what had me jokingly calling him 'the David Attenborough of Cement'.)
