And that's a wrap! The @nflplayerengage four day "Bridge to Success" Program is in the books! So glad I was able to learn first hand about resources available to NFL players, and their families, as they transition from being active to retired. Between health care screenings, options to further education, counseling, networking & business opportunities, I really hope my NFL family takes advantage of this. If this stuff had been around back in '01 when my husband retired, man oh man. It's here now...you folks need to use it! Sunday night* blues in full force.

We don’t have kids until 9/1, and We are required back an odd assortment of days next week. I, however, signed up for a 5 day math training starting tomorrow. I don’t know what I was thinking. It really all just hit me right his second. Ughhhhhh. I don’t want to go back. I need more time. I really need to get my ish together. Meals. Exercise. Etc. .
