Born March 18th, 1907. Cheshire joined the Kozlow Gang at 16 and rose quickly through the ranks due to his sharp wit, bombastic charm, and courageous enthusiasm for crime. He takes great pride in his personal appearance and can always be counted on to spend his hard earned take on fashion.
Cheshire’s real value to the gang, however, comes from his magic, which allows him to spontaneously combust objects at will. As law enforcement has never been able to convince a witness to testify against him, nor convince him to demonstrate his powers outright, his crimes remain largely unsolvable.
