Thinking of #MARIECOLVIN who lost her life to the Assad regime in Syria 10 years ago on the 22nd February 2012. She was doing her job as a #journalist exposing the horrors that the Syrian government were inflicting on their own people. She and photojournalist #RémyOchlik died from #bombardment I.e. an improvised explosive device. The Syrian government claimed it was planted by terrorists.
