My favourite thing about the romance in Heropanti is that it builds over time. The heroine doesn't fall in love immediately, rather she sees him: protect his friends, and her sister, yell at her dad for leaving her alone in a dangerous place without guards and helping her out of a situation. She sees him respect her not wanting to run away, knowing it isn't what she wants.
Watching Bablu mimic and showcase certain mannerisms and then default to stoicism low-key makes me think he's autistic. Basing this whilst talking with my cousin, she's autistic. And his overly empathetic nature.
Saying this cause i project into characters constantly, so I get her. Also, I see the vision.
