This is from August 20th 2017 and it’s Baby Pascal from Tangled the Series! ^_^ 

Baby Pascal is the cutest thing!!! ^_^ <3 This episode made me cry so much, from how sad it was but also how sweet and touching it was! Pascal has always been my favorite character from Tangled so I loved that we got an entire episode devoted to him and his friendship with Rapunzel! <3
