Found Pequeño (pr. Peh-keh-nyo [as in the correct pr. of jalapeño])here sitting on top of the other eggs (who are still showing no signs of pipping) this morning. So I took her into the rep room for a few pictures. Having never hatched any pastel or hypo animals, I have literally nothing to compare her to so the rest need to hurry up and get with the party! ;] At present, I'm just thinking of her as a Pastave, but she is mighty pretty. Really pleased with this one so far =] (Haven't sexed her yet but she's a girl in my head). Suspect the reason she is out and ready so soon is BECAUSE her egg collapsed and there was less room in there.
