This was what I was bloody waiting for when I first read about the cull… Australia, my faith has been restored.

"The story broke today; Animal Control officers raided a Santa Ana home to find over 350 ball pythons; half of them already dead and the rest in very bad shape, along with dead and dying feeder rats and mice. The Southern California Herpetology Association & Rescue has stepped up to save the remaining 186 snakes and we need your help! They all need medical treatment - many of these snakes are very ill - and the costs of vet bills, food, and housing are all coming out of our pocket. Any amount you can donate could save a life!

The Last Launch of Space Shuttle Endeavour

Space Shuttle Endeavour has retired from service, and for the moment NASA is reliant on Russian rockets to keep the International Space Station stocked up and operating. NASA is developing a replacement for the Shuttle – the Orion CEV – but for the moment, lets take a look at the Shuttle and remember the many years of sterling service it has given us.
