McDonald's had the Monopoly game a few months back in which my dad won a free photo mug. He gave me the ticket with the pin for the free mug, and as Grimm had left for bunny heaven shortly before that, I made myself a Grimm mug! The middle picture is pretty terrible, but I've used that particular picture before on my blog.

There. I finally got around to putting up Grimm's canvas picture and paw print impressions! You are forever missed, my darling Grimm. Rest in peace, my sweetheart.

I had a good cry just now.

I finally got Grimm’s necropsy report from the pet hospital, and I guess reading that earlier this afternoon just made me spiral again into depression.

I just miss Grimm so, so, sooooo unbelievably much.  It’s been over a month now, but he was with me everyday (except the short bits of time when I was away on vacation) for almost 2 years.  My constant companion who got me through some tough times and lifted my spirits whenever something upset me.  And it’s just so not fair that we had such a short time together!

Writing this post is making me cry again, but that’s alright.  I can certainly use the cleansing tears.

Please know, Grimm, that you are very, very much missed.

Rest in peace and enjoy bunny heaven, my love.

What do you do with an adorable rabbit?  You pet him, of course!  So I did, and it smoothed out his fur:

Got a card from Grimm's vet from the pet hospital, which was a welcome surprise. However, I'm having a hard time deciphering his script.

For those first two lines, I managed to figure out "As long as we remember them / they are never ----" What's that last word I can't figure out? Anyone?
