You know why yesterday was a good day?

marked the first month down of my end to smoking cigarettes. yep. I can't really say i've noticed anything different about my body... except maybe I wake up a little bit better now? I know nicotine is a stimulant so maybe it effected my sleep?

Now when people smoke around me it gives me a headache feeling. Like, my body finally broke up with a horrible boyfriend and when people bring him around it's like "UGH NO! After 5 years with your shit..please just go away!"

BUT, when I have a lot to drink... (especially at partys where everyone else smokes) my body acts just like a drunk bitch "oh I miss him soo much I just want to talk to him for like 5 minutes pleaaaseeeee".

Thankfully I have told everyone about my wanting to quit, so no one will give me cigarettes (: especially my boyfriend..which I am so thankful for his support.

Sorry for the weird comparison of my body being a heartbroken woman lulz.

I know I still have a ways to go, but I like the direction I am heading.

i cant recall the last time i saw the sun rise, i cant recall the last time i heard the birds sing. i don't remember ever knowing love all that i've learned hasn't taught me a single thing. my retinas chafe with every passing day, my head forgets to keep my mouth in check.. before too long that overwhelming truth, of cosmic desperation slides hands around my neck. i couldn't fake disinterest if  i tried, but interest takes an effort to forget. operator would you please stop the ride, i might be ready soon, but i'm not ready yet.
