It all depends Ohio has completely bipolar weather patterns..some years on Halloween it was rainy and terrible, others...
Here's to hoping it's a nice day, and if not, I'll make sure I have a back up plan to fit everyone inside. Even if I have to move some furniture that's upstairs down to the basement for the day. Haha.
