casual sibling moment between my ocs charlie and kin. just a cute thing ykno (now on the right blog)

“Charlie, what are you doing?” Kin lifted up the little blanket fort her adopted sibling made.

“Wh-Th-HEY. WHY’D YOU-”

“You left your door unlocked and never came into the living room. All you do is mess around on your keyboard thing. Dredge made dinner.” Kin booped his forehead.

“And you haven’t been at band practice.”

Charlie groaned and fell backwards, Kin sitting next to them almost knowing what he was gonna say next. He grabbed his keytar.

“I like this thing a lot, but, like. I sort of think I wanna play the drums. ..Maybe I could play with you sometime? Your band is fu- Your band is my favorite.”

Kin pretended that didn’t just her off guard, but her voice cracked. She’d secretly hoped to play and practice with a sibling; Especially Charlie, since they wanted it the most.

“YeAhy- Yeah, you can do that. Uh, yeah. I’d love playing with you.”

“..Are you crying..?

“...No.”

Charlie laughed lightheartedly a little bit before yanking his sister into a hug, squeezing her tight. Kin wiped a tear with her free hand before hugging Charlie back.

“I love you.”

“Love you too.”

“...Seriously we gotta go downstairs and get some food or Dredge is gonna bitch at us for not eating.”

“Yer husband is weird.”

BABYSLIA HEALTH WARNING

Cheshire Parasite/Syndrome is an affliction that plagues most wildlife. The creation was purely accidental, but lab created. A specimen got out. There are four stages. (PARASITES, GORE, BODY HORROR)

An infected specimen is suddenly always hungry after a few days. It doesn’t matter the previous diet; The infected goes after whatever it can. At times, anything moving close to it. Carnivore diet is in place, even if it was a herbivore or something before. Specimen can move around at will.

The brain has a measly amount of the body’s original mind left, but can no longer have any influence. Half of the infected body has become a giant maw. The teeth are beyond irregular. How often it eats is increased. Erratic movements.

The infected body is now half mouth. A maw has split the thing almost in half. The teeth are jagged. It is hard for it to eat or drink. Increased erratic movements, similar to rabies. But worse. It will appear to be having some sort of seizure.

The maw has grown so far that the whole body is fully split open, no organs in sight, and no sustenance could possibly be consumed. the creature obviously dies. Whatever or whoever it went after, if it did, will be infected, It does not seem to infect humans, or no cases of it affecting humans have been reported.

btw ford is russian and she does have a russian accent

and speaks as some do and with broken english but with the help of her found family she’s better at english. doesn’t care but knows most people speak it so she’s fine with it.especially since she needs to be multilingual if certain emergencies arise, due to whay she was made for (look at tag)

she has a gruff russian accent that is.. mildly understandable at best (she was grown in russia) yet, she is working in it, but she also forgets some words in english and struggles to translate. thankfully due to the vast, loving family she is in, that now helps her do what she was created for, they can translate easily.
