I was so close to it for most of the episode, but mine were tears of despair. TPK seemed an almost-possibility for a while there, or at least half party kill, and I have no idea how I would have handled that. Man, if I thought Nott and the lava was stressful, this was on a whole other level. I decided to get my stress relief by going back to doodling a happy Jester because that’s what my body needs to be able to sleep tonight. I hope you’ll manage some as well!

The Tar Aiyam Krang is part of my favourite series of books: the Pip and Flinx series. It's #1 but technically #2 as the prequel, "For the Love of Mother-Not" comes chronologically before it.

I have honestly read For Love of Mother-Not more times than I can count, but because of how I read, I still only half-remember the plot.  (if anyone’s curious, I can explain how I read, which is great for immersion and lousy for having conversations about books.)
