what’s your workout routine?
I believe in working out holistically which includes diets and making sure you equally strengthen what needs to be strengthened and help correct my bodies natural over corrections with my disabilities and my injuries. Mostly it’s full body with direct muscular focus (a lot similar to PT workouts) and a little yoga here and there. No weights over 5 lbs (again injuries and disabilities).
Mostly I think we have to realize that all bodies are built differently and I’m lucky to be a mesamorph, so my body is naturally muscular
