Back to normalcy...

After a week without yoga, exercise of any kind, and less than stellar eating habits, it is back to my idea of a normal daily life. I am more than ready to return to my Monday and Wednesday evening yoga classes. Perhaps this will also include returning to a more regular writing and thinking habit as well. I do have a few writing prompts saved up for the days I am not working. I will spend a few hours saving drafts of some new quotes and maybe even a few songs (for those days when one seems to lose their way just a tad). Thus far, summer has been loaded with fun and the not-so-fun. At the end of the day, I am more myself now than I have ever allowed previously. It is truly wonderful to recognize it through my own eyes.
