Having a Moment
let's do this again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again and again-
Do we like present tense or past tense in our narratives, chat?
They got rid of the Mitsubishi billboard in [redacted down I drive through sometimes]. Now I don’t get to be reminded of Kavinski every time I see it.
everyone acts like your only choice is total excess or complete abstinence. what about moderation… what happened to my good old girl Moderation?
Don’t doubt the power of friendship. If you’re lonely or depressed or hurting try talking with your friend and maybe you’ll notice the pain less and laugh and smile instead of cry or stare at the wall all alone.
I started the day with feeling annoyed and sad and in pain but then I talked to my friend and it changed the course of the day entirely even after we went our separate ways. Spending time with your friends is just that wonderful.
highly recommend getting into your genealogy right now because a lot of the books out there about your ancestors are "rare books" and you gotta get to them before the AI corps pulp them
and if you want to know where to start without spending money, get an account on FamilySearch and an account on FindAGrave. it's all organized by the public, but in most cases, there are sources listed so you can double-check accuracy (which you MUST do the further back in time you go).
Merriam-Webster’s word of the day is baptism of fire and my phone is also telling me there’s an extreme heat warning today. How wonderful

12 years old: i was so cringe when i was nine, i'm super mature now though
15 years old: i was so cringe when i was twelve, i'm super mature now though. i'm a totally different person. i'm basically an adult
18 years old: i was so. (trying to be nicer to myself) fifteen. when i was fifteen. i wasn't an adult even a little back then. i'm an adult now though of course
21 years old: i was so newborn fawn taking its first steps when i was 18. i wasn't an adult at 18 i'm barely even an adult now tbh
23 years old: i was so. hey wait the others have all gone up in increments of three why'd it change
23 years old: because i'm still 23 so i can't speak to that experience yet
23 years old: do you think anything will magically change in the next few months to the point where you can't possibly imagine how you'll feel at 24
23 years old: i mean you never know. anything can happen. they're letting people born in 2002 turn 24, for instance
the mold spores in my house speaking to me telepathically: yeah that's perfect now hit post
it’s quick, it’s easy and it’s free: pouring river water in your socks
why would i do that lmao
it’s quick, it’s easy and it’s free
Having a job is an awesome way to stay hydrated because you get so bored you start drinking water just for a little excitement
I think we should figure out what age we’re living in now so we can say how it’s collapsing to each other
Our age of plastics is collapsing
Our age of information is collapsing! *remembers generative AI, nods to self* our age of information is collapsing.
