Ladies! I'm sharing this picture that I ran across today and wanted to be the 1st to break it to you..... You WILL have some type of "roll" in your midsection when you sit down! Even at my leanest.....as you can see, there are rolls! . But why Felicia!? / It's your skin...unless you've had a tummy tuck (where your skin was pulled and some was cut off) you will have loose skin....the leaner you are, there's a THINNER layer of fat and skin....when you have more body fat, the skin and fat rolls are THICKER. / So please let go of the idea that lean girls don't ever have rolls....the difference is the thickness. So chill out, keep doing what's getting you the BEST results...eat for the body you desire, lift some heavy stuff 3 to 5 times a week, sleep 6 to 8 hours, CHILL...got it?
