How would you describe Booth's personality ? Long essay :)

So, FBI Special Agent Seeley Joseph Booth. One quote said by Cam in 5x01 explains it all.
"Sweet, kickass, FBI murder solver with hard fists and a lion heart"
The strongest man that Brennan knows. He can be the most strongest man ever, and he will give everything to help people. He’s brave, loving, and somewhat sassy(in a good way). He tells you that he hates the squints, but deep down, he loves them and enjoys them. He hates psychology(not as much as Brennan though), and he doesn’t enjoy people telling him how he feels/how he should feel. A man who grew to enjoy the presence of Lance Sweets in his life; like letting him move in with him and his family. A character that I first thought had no soft side - until Dr. Temperance Brennan. A man who chose not to put his happiness over the lives of innocent people. A man who is Catholic but yet crossed over many lines for the woman he loves.
Yeah, I have too many words to explain his personality. It was really jumbled up haha. But the quote says it all. Thanks!:)
