Day 1. roommates
i used this as an exuse for making their room. weirdos living on a ship <3
honestly it would be more messy but. living in a space that lurches every couple of minutes, taughes one to put everything in the cabinets.
their ship wasn't meant to house people for more than a couple weeks at a time, but they make do.

it is not because this talent is weak, not because it isn’t impressive, its the total opposite in this factor. no.
heroes will never let this talent bloom fully because of other reasons.
plants are everywhere. they are in our food, in our surroundings, they can grow through the littlest cracks of rock, in the most rough surroundings, they grow.
they are everywhere, and they can turn deadly in the matter of seconds.
not only for the opponent.
not only for the people around.
they can turn dangerous even on their weilders.
villains had always loved non-standard talents. they welcome everyone, even the most terrible at the job ones. the only criterie - being ready to change the world and be burned in the process.
florakinesis people always bloom brigher on the darker side, even though there are no competition. everyone knows, they are there mostly because light refused them.
villians are smart. villians are cunning. villians are crafty.
everyone knows that.
villians are also known to take the ways heroes wouldnt.
plant people found their way also.
it is hard. it is painfull. it needs to be taught.
but it works.
flowers aren’t meant to bloom in the dark.
but if light refuses them, they will grow and change accordingly.
every power has it’s dangers.
the important things - to remember that you aren’t alone.

Day 17: Magic/Serene!!!

Bel has "plant" powers and she has an excess of her magic, so it often spills out to the world around her and so she makes everything bloom/grow <3 can make herself the trope of "every step leaves a flower"
Also. Considering that the magic system of that world was once very dependent on plants blooming, she could make the spells the old-fashioned way (make a spell writing and either activate with blooms or eat it to control where it goes) and whe would be very ooverpowered <333 also she would do the plant punches perfuma can do. Bc its cool.
Rosi has time magic! She has little control of them (she's like. Nine. So it's expected) and she was forced to go to the academy/school earlier than everyone else. It was just too dangerous for everyone involved in raising her - she would make uncontrollable portals to the weirdest times and places on the planet, and sometimes it would lead to little floods or appearance of relict animals. In the academy/school profs studied her magic and made a little artifact for her - a little sphere that would collect her magic as it started making portals and condence it into a gem or smth to not let it manifest.
Rosi can use the little condensed gems to open portals almost to where and when she wants (easier to control than the flood of magic. But shes still nine.)
