Today we have a nice bouncy one, I was surprised just how many tracks use this leitmotif, but it's always a fun surprise to spot it (^.^)
Today we have the last track from the movie OST, Rescued soldiers, which is from around the film's climax and overall feels like a good representative of the music from these movies. It starts off with a some what ominous feeling the way tracks like "Hirefuseyo" or "Kokoro no Toge", before adding in a more magical sounding piece like "Kimi o Tasukatai" and "Tomodachi", with a grander final section that's very satisfying to listen to
This time we're finishing the first Kerock CD with Telescope, which is also the last track of the original anime, though it was a coincidence that this was the last one, it's the perfect one.
We've all hear the saxophone section, and that it usually played during the more tender moments of the show makes it feel like a fitting end to this chapter in the uploads. (^.^)

Today we have a bit of an experiment, there are several tracks that aren't uploading, I don't know why; I don't think it's a copyright filter since the cinema mix of Ishikoro no Hoshi won't post, but every other version I've tried to post has gone up with no problem
I've tried a few tricks that have been recommended to try and post it and none have worked, the last thing I can think of is to try and see if the files would go through on the mobile version, which would take some extra steps before I could try it. For now, most of the problem tracks have official uploads and I'll try to figure something out for the one that doesn't
Either way, this has a pleasantly light & fun tech-y feeling to it, I find (^.^)
Recently I've been rewatching the Keroro flash series and noticed this song playing in one of the episodes, curiously, in a scene that had nothing to do with Giroro, despite the title of the track and that it uses the leitmotif for all of the tracks with his name
Either way, the track itself is a fun, high energy one that feels like it would play during a fast paced section of a platforming game; given the feeling of a lot of songs from the flash anime, part of me wishes that it had gotten at least one handheld game too since so much of its soundtrack fits perfectly to one (^.^)
I confess, this one is a small in-joke with a friend I met through the Keroro fandom (you know who you are); today is the anniversary of the date she joined the forum we met on, which she ended up marking as the birthday of a character from a long-running fan story she wrote, one that happened to be a genetic experiment made by Kururu.
If you're curious, the first chapter is here.
Today's track is "Ancient Keron Mural" from the first movie (the soundtrack actually groups the track listing by movie)
I've noticed a lot of these songs change tone part way through like this one, which initially has a grander tone, before changing to a more suspenseful one that still incorporates the melody from the first part, if you listen closely (^.^)
I've been saving this one, especially as we got close to this point and I noticed it was still left, today we have the last track from the flash series and the last background track overall, at least until the new season airs and presumably brings a new OST with it.
Though it's been difficult at times coming up with things to say for the instrumental tracks, it does feel a little bittersweet to have run out of them, and the tone of the music matches well to that, as well as my having listened to many of them for the first time while doing this blog.
So thank you for the memories backtrack tracks (^.^) I'll see you in season 8
