However sometimes the back muscles are overlooked. One reason being “we cant see our back”. Whenever we stand in front of mirror we see the chest and the frontside but not the back... Overlooking or undermining the back muscles 💪 will surely effect the other musclegroups also. Aim should be to train the overall body,every part of it and not any specific part....
