Somewhere in rural Germany

Was away for a couple days on a backpacking trip in Germany and I didnt have a phone so this was the only picture I took but it was really nice and pretty. It was the Monschau Eifel area and I’d def recommend it :)

Dun Carloway Broch - one of the most complete ones still standing in Scotland. This would have been the home of an important family in the area. Had several floors and everything was housed here including livestock in the winter. In addition to also being a defensive structure.
