*The struggle is real* Thank the Lord for amazing mother's! I had to fall out of bed this morning because by back wouldn't let me move! When I walk I walk like a hunch back, today the back problems have crippled me. Excruciating pain just sitting, I can walk but I can't stand up straight, I had to text my mother to bring me some Aleve 😎 mom of the year award! I'm icing and heating.... Yes I'm a hot mess most of the time, all of the time there is something wrong with me lol such as life.... I maybe we'll into fitness and Nutrition but there are days you are going struggle, just like the day today! Live through the pain 💪 rest when you need it 😴 get massages and lots of water....
