What's not to love about blowing bubbles? We have had a totally full-on weekend. A busy B&B, a royal wedding, the FA Cup, a five mile run yesterday and finally settling down to watch The Greatest Showman yesterday. Oh I do like to be beside the seaside! Today is our one day of good weather apparently, so we're making the most of it with a beach afternoon in Scarborough. My daughter couldn't be happier than when she is in the sea, and it's so much fun to watch her! Really looking forward to our half term escape from the B&B! We weren't at all sure that this weekend away with friends would happen. On Thursday we couldn't get to the nearest town due to the roads being shut. Thankfully on Friday they were cleared by local farmers and we thought we would risk it! We are staying near Pocklington in a fantastic AirBnB called Tadpole Cottage. It's been a wonderful break and so nice to get away from home.
