Since October I've really taken control of my life and at the risk of making some kind of phatic post I cant reccomend committing yourself fully, to something you love , enough. For ages I was occupying myself soley with menial things , the happiness of other people and using going out as a distraction. Its easy to do that as you can hide from yourself and what you want.
