local tool-- cinnabutt rips someone else's CS designs for their oregano design

Right off the bat, I’ll say that this was compiled by concerned parties and people who’re just tired of Cinna getting away with this sort of thing.

here is a little bit more proof to show that maybe cinnabutt is taking their references a little too far. Do with it as you will, but personally i find that there is way too many similarities and coincidences to cinna’s design from snappy’s, and i truly feel like they copied off of snappy in both pose, design, and traits

the image above outlines every similarity between the Hoshibuki and the ‘TOTALLY NOT RIPPED’ design that the oh so lovely Cinnabutt made

WHY are all of you so obsessed with vague similarities? Meerkin and BBs, Hoshi and Cinna's design, generic fox furry with blue fur vs generic fox furry with slightly different hue of blue fur. UR STELINN MUH CHARUKTURRR!!! ffs have some maturity and learn that the world don't revolve around CS. OH and things aren't so black and white. Ya'll missing that hardcore.

@ the person asking abt the HB/Cinna accuser backing down, being tired of repeating the same shit over and over to people who keep singling out tiny details of an issue instead of looking at the big picture isn't admitting you're wrong. It's just old. The objective of the post was to draw to light the tasteless "inspiration" cinna used on their design. no further action needs to be taken and no one cares about changing your mind anymore. they did what they wanted to do and they're done now. bye.

tbh i would believe the cinnabutt thing more if the people accusing them of copying traits showed me more (different, not the same HB jester thing) that they copied, instead of rehashing the exact same argument that everyone else is continuously saying is not a big deal. prove to us that cinna "keeps doing this", as you accuse them of doing. -some anon who doesnt care about cinna or HBs but wants yall to stop accusing people of copying w/o good reason

Don't you people think it'd be much easier and less dramatic to just let species owners settle issues like copying and rip-offing with themselves? If you see something shady going on you can tell that to the CS owners and leave it to that. If you respect a creator just let them handle this because chances are your actions can hurt them too. As a CS creator myself I'd MUCH prefer that over people trying to "fight for me"

Oh no, an artist tried to experiment with a different style than we're used to!!!!??!! Burn them for the witch they are!!!! Seriously you guys, please step back. Those jester characters aren't copies, and if you're not going to ask snappy about it despite being so worried, than it's proof enough you're just looking for reasons to start drama.
