Bake your bacon 355°F until done to your liking. Remove it from the pan and set your bread down in the leftover grease (one side only) bake grease side down until crisp. Cook your egg(s) how you like. Eat it. Knife and fork style or buy hand, both is good.

This sandwich is extremely unhealthy. I don't care. I eat it like once or twice a year every few years. This was the first time in probably 7 years.

I only cooked a few strips of bacon, so there was only a little bit of grease on the pan. If you cook a whole pack, please drain the majority of the grease before doing this. I would also recommend a light pass of butter on the bread. It really does something special mixing with the grease.

Heads up, making toast, butter aside down in the oven is the best way to do it. It gets so crisp. Add a slice of cheese halfway through. Not too soon, or else the bread is only crisp on the edges or do half boneless toast is good too.
