Idk if you’ve seen this creator on Tiktok but she’s a Black Creator that released a bunch of healthier versions of soul food that Black Americans eat more often during celebrations. The ask you got about your stance on greens reminded me of her. I’ll have to find her @ for you if you aren’t already familiar.
Basically her entire thing was that Black Americans are the only group that doesn’t eat their culturally significant foods on a daily basis. So she compiled recipes and adjusted them so they’re healthier (for example how to cook greens in a different way than traditionally done, but keeping the essence of the greens and the meat in there).
