Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 slices bacon. 4 slices blue cheese. 4 burger buns. Salt and pepper to taste. Lettuce and tomato for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper. Cook bacon until crispy, then set aside. Grill burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger with a slice of blue cheese.
