Ingredients: 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed. 6 slices Swiss cheese. 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped. 4 large eggs. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 375F 190C. Roll out the puff pastry and press into a tart pan, trimming any excess. Layer the Swiss cheese slices and chopped bacon over the pastry. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bacon in the tart pan. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tart is set and golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
