Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup crispy bacon bits. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Place the diced potatoes in the Instant Pot. Pour in the chicken broth. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the vent to sealing. Cook on manual high pressure for 8 minutes.
