I think I'm suffering sympathy pains for my sewing machine.  Saturday the darn pedal broke and that's about the same time I developed the crickasourus rex the mother of all cricks in my neck.  Sunday night it was so bad I couldn't sleep and yesterday I was finally able to turn my head to the left.  This has not been a good adventure for me.  I'm trying to get through a day of work today but all I want to do is lay down and ease the pain in my neck.  I hope it doesn't get worse today.

My shoulder/neck/back is acting up again. Going into the slow bind-up it likes to do. So I'm going to clean the goat pen this morning and then go get a super-deep tissue massage. Because that's worth a million dollars to me right now. Someone punching my shoulder into submission. Sounds like heaven.

Bad Neck

Seems like after watching Manchester United on Tuesday my neck is killing me :( Can't get comfy at all. Tried pain relief gel, didn't work. Now I'm about to see if a hot water bottle will help it!!
