Joshua Redman and The Bad Plus Perform at the Outpost in December

Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Geoffrey Scovil leverages his background as a public defender and more than 15 years in private practice to represent clients in matters of habeas corpus law. In addition to operating his Albuquerque practice, Geoffrey Scovil plays a key role in supporting the Outpost Performing Space, a local nonprofit jazz venue. Founded in 1988, Outpost Productions hosts more than 100 shows annually and offers a wide range of classes and programs for musicians and performers young and old. The Outpost Performing Space, located in the University District of Albuquerque, provides a family-friendly environment for community members to enjoy live music. The Outpost Performing Space will welcome saxophonist Joshua Redman and jazz trio The Bad Plus to the stage December 5-6, 2015. The event is sponsored by K2MD, Scovil, and several other community members. Doors open at 7 p.m. Saturday and at 6 p.m. Sunday, and tickets range in price from $30 to $75.
