i am so fucking delusional like i am convinced about 15% of the time that all my friends are only friends with me because they perceive there to be some sort of benefit to maintaining our sham of a relationship, so i like can’t trust them at all because i’ve convinced myself not to trust them ever because 15% of the time i’m convinced they hate me?

so then i’m like struggling with trying be honest and open with these people i care about about stuff that really affects me (sexuality, mental health issues) and that delusional part of me just is like “wow stfu they literally could care less about this bullshit and whatever you say will get spread around and used to hurt you so bottle it up and don’t tell anybody new anything about yourself” so i don’t 

i desperately want to be close with people and trust them and i just can’t
