what to actually use crystals for
I know this is like an obvious answer but one of my very baby witchy friends asked this so i thought i’d make a post about this
Meditation - hold the crystal in your hand, place it on your body, or just keep it nearby while meditating
Chakra healing (if you’re interested) - place on corresponding chakras for at least 20 minutes
Manifesting - use the properties of the crystal and your own intentions
Energy protection - carry a crystal in your pocket or in jewelry to protect yourself from unwanted negative energy
Sleep - place the crystal next to your bed or under your pillow for restful sleep
Rituals and spells - set an intention for your crystal during rituals and spells and use it to remind you of the intention
Hell, you can use it for other things too, it’s your craft, but those are the basic ones.
