Well… Sienna Khan. Do I even need to say it? We get a few scenes that show her motives: she wanted the White Fang to embrace violence for the first time in years, and she was ready to make Adam the next leader. That’s basically all we ever learn about her. She had an awesome design, killer fighting skills, and a commanding presence… and then she dies uncermiously because she refused to surrender when Adam turned on her. It was such a dumb move; she could’ve played smart, lived to fight another day, and taken the White Fang back later. Instead, she’s gone forever stuck as “cool character who got wasted after five minutes.” Huge missed opportunity.
