L jumps at the sound of the bell overhead, pencil falling out of her hand. It rolls off the desk, eliciting an annoyed huff. She has to wait for the others to file past before she can stand to retrieve it and she taps her fingers as she does, the drumming edged with impatience.
It's thirty seconds before she can stand, another fifteen to pick up her pencil and things, and fifteen to walk out the door because of those before her being purposefully slow. As soon as she can, she's brushing past them, eyes scanning for familiar spiked hair. She adjusts the strap on her bag once, the fabric of it digging into her shoulder from the weight of the books. She doesn't recognize whoever is standing with him, and she can gather from the look on his face he isn't entirely happy about it. It's different than his resting expression, harder almost.
"Hey. How was your class?" She asks when she's close enough, giving the other a quick once over. "Who is this?"
